Biography

Fadhel Jaziri was born in 1948 in Tunis; A man of theater and cinema, he began his career with Fadhel Jaibi and other Tunisian artists by founding "Le Théâtre du Sud" in Gafsa in 1972. He starred in Mahmoud's film Ben Mahmoud "Crossings" (1981), he is also played Ben Ammar "Sejnane", Roberto Rossellini "Il messia". In 1989, for the opening of the Carthage Summer Festival, he staged a mega-show, "Hadhra", which helped bring Sufi songs and Tunisia's musical heritage back into fashion.
