The story unfolds in 24 hours in today's Tunis. Nozha, 27, returns home with a sense of failure and dismay, after a long absence and falling out with her family, due to her unwilling marriage. After her divorce, she agrees, to please her family, to put on the heavy traditional Keswa embroidered with silver thread, for her brother's wedding which takes place the same evening. The serwal of his keswa clings to thorns, and little by little, the embroidered silver thread begins to unravel. As the snag of the serwal widens, the weight of the Keswa decreases. All dressed in Night and Light, will nozha find herself in the snag made to the tradition of her lost thread?
